I started this to help motivate me to record blood sugars and analyze results, with the hope that it can expand and be useful to other Type 1 Diabetic athletes. Since everyday is a trial and often, error, I hope to hear from any of you who may have had success with things I haven't tried. Great race, actually felt like I could run off the bike. Had enough insulin on board to bring the sugar from 230 to 190 before the start of the race, usually very hard to bring down. The insulin on board began working right away which was probably why the run felt so good.
